Right on the heels of an earthquake and Hurricane Irene, we are now experiencing flash flooding across Central Maryland due to the remnants of a tropical storm making its way through. It started raining on Monday and is expected to continue until this coming Monday. We’ve gotten more rain so far in this 1st short week of September than we normally get for the entire month.
Meanwhile, wildfires are burning across Texas. Mother Nature is strange and ironically unkind to us sometimes it seems!
At least we managed to get our roof repaired just before this current bout of rain started.
